Optional participation

Using the app and taking part in research are separate decisions. Refusing or withdrawing research consent does not prevent use of available sports functions.

Purpose

To study relationships between hypoxic exposure, cycle-by-cycle response, HRV, recovery, sleep and performance development; validate metrics; and improve protocols.

Protection

Research datasets replace direct identifiers with codes. The re-identification key is kept separately with restricted access. Public results are aggregated or anonymised.

Collaborators

Collaborating professionals or institutions receive only necessary information and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements. Studies requiring ethical review will be submitted to the appropriate body.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent by writing to research@hypoxialivevenom.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and cannot remove results already irreversibly anonymised.
