Account Closure and Deletion

During the local beta

You may stop participating by requesting removal from TestFlight and deleting the app. First export any data you wish to retain. Health permissions may be revoked in Settings or Apple Health.

Request deletion

Write from your registered email address to privacy@hypoxialivevenom.com with the subject “Deletion request”. Do not include physiological metrics in the message.

Verification

We may request proportionate verification to prevent another person deleting your information. We will confirm the scope, deleted data and any strictly necessary legal retention.

Commercial portal

When remote account creation is enabled, the app will include a direct way to request and confirm deletion without relying exclusively on email.
